Tightening Order
Intake manifold collector bolts tightening order — Tighten in numerical order.
Intake manifold bolts and nuts tightening order — Tighten in numerical order.
Exhaust manifold nuts tightening order — Tighten in numerical order.
Throttle chamber bolts tightening procedure
- 1Tighten all bolts to 9 to 11 N·m (0.9 to 1.1 kg-m, 6.5 to 8.0 ft-lb).
- 2Tighten all bolts to 18 to 22 N·m (1.8 to 2.2 kg-m, 13 to 16 ft-lb).Make sure the direction of the gasket is as shown in figure.Tighten in numerical order.
