Removal

  1. 1
    Remove front right side splash cover.
  2. 2
    Remove the following belts.
    Power steering oil pump drive belt.
    Compressor drive belt
    Alternator drive belt
    Front-of-engine accessory drive belt layout. Labels: 'Power steering pump', 'Water pump pulley', 'Alternator', 'Crankshaft pulley', 'Idler pulley', 'Adjusting bolt', 'Lock bolt' (31 - 42 N·m / 3.2 - 4.3 kg-m / 23 - 31 ft-lb), 'Compressor', 'Idler pulley lock nut'. Solid arrows indicate belt routing.
