- 7Install parts in the reverse order of removal.
OIL SEAL INSTALLING DIRECTION
Camshaft Oil Seal, Crankshaft Front Oil Seal and Jackshaft Oil Seal
- 1Remove timing belt and sprockets.
- 2Remove oil seal.Be careful not to damage surfaces of shafts.
- 3Apply engine oil to oil seal lip and install seal in place.
Crankshaft Rear Oil Seal
- 1Remove transaxle. (Refer to MT section.)
- 2Remove flywheel. Remove oil seal using a suitable tool. Be careful not to damage sealing surface of crankshaft.
- 3Apply engine oil to oil seal lip and install it in place using suitable drift.
- 4Install flywheel and transaxle. (Refer to MT section.)
