Oil Seal Replacement - Valve Oil Seal

- 1Remove rocker cover.
- 2Remove rocker shaft assembly with rocker arm.
- 3Remove all spark plugs.
- 4Install air hose adapter into spark plug hole and apply air pressure to hold valves in place [Apply pressure of 490 kPa (4.9 bar, 5 kg/cm², 71 psi)].When performing this operation, piston should be set at T.D.C.
SEM361B - 5Remove valve spring with Tool, then remove valve oil seal.
- 6Apply engine oil to valve oil seal lip and install it in place with Tool.Before installing valve oil seal, be sure to install valve spring seat.
