    Remove water outlet.
    Water outlet removal view. Arrows point to bolt locations around the water outlet, which is labeled.

    Remove water connector.
    Thermostat housing and water pipe removal view. Arrows point to fasteners. Callouts label thermostat housing, water pipe, and water connector.

    Remove thermostat housing with water pipe.

    Remove valve components with Tool.
    Valve component removal using special tool. Callouts label KV10116200 Compressor assembly and KV10115900 Attachment installed on the cylinder head.

    Remove valve oil seal with a suitable tool.
    Valve oil seal removal using a suitable tool gripping the seal on the cylinder head.
