CHECK AIR REGULATOR. When pinching the air regulator hose, does the engine speed drop?

Check air regulator and circuit. (See page EF & EC-322.)
No

CHECK THROTTLE LINKAGE. 1. Check that throttle linkage moves smoothly. 2. Confirm that throttle valve both fully opens and fully closes.
