[E] CHECK POWER SUPPLY. 1) Stop engine. 2) Disconnect E.G.R. & canister control solenoid valve harness connector. 3) Turn ignition switch "ON". 4) Check voltage between terminal b and ground. Voltage: Battery voltage.

Check the following. • Harness connectors F33, F37 • 10A fuse • Harness continuity between E.G.R. & canister control solenoid valve and fuse. If N.G., repair harness or connectors.
Check the following. • Harness connectors F33, F37 • 10A fuse • Harness continuity between E.G.R. & canister control solenoid valve and fuse. If N.G., repair harness or connectors.

[F] CHECK OUTPUT SIGNAL CIRCUIT. 1) Turn ignition switch "OFF". 2) Disconnect E.C.U. harness connector. 3) Check harness continuity between E.C.U. terminal 106 and terminal a. Continuity should exist.

Repair harness or connectors.

CHECK COMPONENT (E.G.R. & canister control solenoid valve). Refer to "Electrical Components Inspection". (See page EF & EC-145.)
