EF & EC-226flowchartGA16DE engine. Idle speed M/T 675 ± 50 rpm, A/T 725 ± 50 rpm (in "N" position) when adjusting with throttle sensor disconnected / IGN TIMING ADJ mode. Ignition timing 10° B.T.D.C. (in "N" position).

Adjust ignition timing to the specified value by turning distributor after loosing bolts which secure distributor. 10° B.T.D.C. (in "N" position)

Check idle speed. CONSULT: Read idle speed in "IGN TIMING ADJ" in "WORK SUPPORT" mode. OR (without CONSULT): Check idle speed. M/T: 675 ± 50 rpm; A/T: 725 ± 50 rpm (in "N" position)

Race engine (2,000 - 3,000 rpm) 2 or 3 times under no-load and run engine at idle speed.

Adjust idle speed by turning idle speed adjusting screw. M/T: 675 rpm; A/T: 725 rpm (in "N" position)

CONSULT: 1) Touch "BACK". OR (without CONSULT): 1) Turn off engine and connect throttle sensor harness connector. 2) Start engine
