REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

    Use new gasket. (CD17)

    Apply liquid gasket to water outlet, thermostat housing and water inlet. (CD20)

    Install thermostat with jiggle valve uppermost.

    After installation, run engine for a few minutes, and check for leaks.
