1) Turn ignition switch "OFF". 2) Check continuity between terminal (1) and ground. Continuity should exist. If N.G., check the following parts: Thermoswitch; Harness continuity between (1) and thermoswitch terminal; Harness continuity between thermoswitch terminal and body ground.
O.K.
Check radiator fan relay. If N.G., replace with a new one.
